Relaxation: We use massage oils to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes over the entire body. We focus on easing muscles and improving circulation and joint mobility.

Prenatal; treats the common discomforts of pregnancy and prepares the woman physically, emotionally, and mentally for labor. Reduces pain, tension, stress, and anxiety. Decreases chronic muscle tension. Restores postural balance and normalizes joint range of motion.
